Lenord, I agree 100% with your conjecture. I have had to change my email adress due to the very nature that emailing obstructed the thearaputic process. I discovered that my clients focused more on "why" I didn't get right back to them, rather than on issues that brought them into therapy. I like what Richard Kluft had to say. I'll remember that one. It does sound a little insensitive, although he hit the nail right on the head and didn't beat around the bush. I have to say I admire that quality.
