    Email supplementing face-to-face

A lot of therapists are finding email to be a helpful adjunct to therapy. I've found that it cuts down on phone calls from some PTSD and axis II clients. I can reply to email when I want to. A telephone call always interrupts something.

How are others using email as an adjunct? Have you found any problems? Do you set limits on this form of communication?
