There are treatment planners that cost in the thousands and those that cost in the hundreds. When I reviewed them several years ago in The National Psychologist,the three I selected as the best included tow in the former category and one in the latter. The idea of test driving them is really the best. I would also test drive the company by contacting them and having them talk to you about installation issues, support and upgrades. I would also ask each company for references (names and numbers of groups of YOUR size who are using the program) and talk to those references to assess how they are doing. Best of luck!
