Anyone know of Conference/Show featuring Behavioral Health Software?

I too have been on the mission of finding THE affordable software that will do it all for a small General Hospital Mental Health system. Some of the problems I have encountered are (1) ambivalence of the administration (2) paying for trial versions which then expire before anyone in administration decides to take a look at them (3) now being told to "go for it" and feeling exhausted by the prospect and going back to square one. Does anyone know of a conference (preferably in the Northeast) that might have purveyers of software under one roof?
