Steep learning curve and frustrated therapists

My experience in talking with hundreds of people who are trying to learn to use billing programs is that therapists wish and hope that they are so easy to learn that no training is really necessary. Then when they find out that it takes time to learn how to use the program they get frustrated and angry and blame the program for its "difficulty" and its "user unfriendliness." I do believe that many of the programs are quite good, they just take time to work your way through the learning curve.
