Patient Billing Programs

I have been using patient billing programs for some years now. I currenty am using a program called "Logical Patient Billing" which has been supported by Western Pychological. It is an easy to use DOS program. It appears, however, that further iterations of this program will not be forthcoming. I am looking for a comparative evaluation of billing programs (they all are SO expensive) and am wondering why they are not available in a WIN95 format...
