Domestic Violence, anger Management and Major Depression

I have been treated with EMDR once a week for the last six months. I have been feeling better about my original state and have made some progress, however, my behaviour continues to be sedentary and now more than ever I feel as if I might be "stuck". My therapist says it's matter of time and to keep moving the feelings into a counscious state, but my lethargy still remains. Other depressive symptoms have passed. It's this "normal"? Is there something my therapist and I might not be doing?

Also, I am 3 mos pregnant and just read that it's not recommended to use EMDR in pregnancy. Are there any sustainable psychological damage to the unborn? if so, what kind?

    THank you!
