I've just had my second session of EMDR, in which we tackled two panic episodes in the same session. Now, I'm feeling tired and foggy, like I can't think straight.Are there physical "after effects" from EMDR? We worked on my most recent attack, and the first attack I ever had. Could it be that we worked on something from a while back, and maybe my brain is taxed? Sorry if this sounds silly. I certainly don't want my therapy to cause more attacks!
