Interesting about the insights, Sandra. I have often been told I am very insightful. I am. Yet, that ability was of little use to me in a lot of ways in regards to healing. I recall saying, more than once I am sure, to my present therapist that all the insights in the world have not helped me to date. I am sure the insights have helped me, however, they have limited value. For me insight was not what I have needed. Perhaps because of that I needed something more concrete or more real for me in some way that just abstract insights which relate to the thinking brain. Relying on the abstract takes away from a lot of other ways of learning and shuts of other information from the body, emotions etc.
