psuedo seizures and mutism

Hello,

I looked at the schedule of your workshop at your website and noticed a section on "psuedo seizures and mutism". I'm wondering if you would be willing to give a brief explanation here, and perhaps also explain how they may or may not interact with fractionation.

I suppose I am wondering, among other things, if a lack of fractionation may cause the former. Or if some clients exhibit these behaviors with or without appropiate titrations/fractionation. What are the clinical interventions available to help a client out of such a "place"? And is there any way to screen for such a possibility before beginning emdr?
