For Shapiro................inquiry. About: EMDR

Am curious........why is the bilateral tones used more than the light contraption? And why do you think the bilateral tones is more dangerous than "being on the compiter? I find they are both the same in their activity, of stumulating the brain....both sides. Curious.....why does a fancier name for Hypnosis......seem to attract more people? Because that is all EMDR is basically. So what is the danger? I think it is....because a therapist can create a sense of control over her clients> What do you think? Am I right? I think so.
