I started counseling 1 1/2 years ago for help with depression and panic attacks. Months of "talk therapy" did nothing for me. My therapist suggested that I gave EMDR a try and I did. I have been in EMDR therapy for 11 months. In that time my panic attacks have subsided my depression is under control and for the first time I understand the reason behind my panic attacks and depression. EMDR can help!
