EMDR Training

I took Level I of the EMDR training over a year ago. I would have liked to take Level II; however, there is now a requirement that we do at least 20 EMDR sessions before we take Level II. I have not had the opportunity to reach this number as only some of my clients are appropriate and some of these are not open to EMDR. I would feel more confident (and ethical for that matter) if I had Level II training. How flexible is this requirement?
