I have read with interest the arguement between yourself and Brian and as a client I want to say that the EMDR I had was remarkably helpful and productive. Unfortunately my therapy was rudely interrupted when the therapist developed an attraction for me and he became physical and I had to terminate the therapy. It has taken me 4 years to arrive at a point where I can reach out again. It annoys me therefore to see Brian write that this forum is not for clients and he says "those seeking information should be referred elsewhere." But he does not say where!! I am living in a very isolated part of outback Australia and my resources are limited. My nearest big centre is a 7 hour round trip from my home. Where can I find the names of trustworthy Australian therapists who are trained in EMDR?? Does anyone know where Gary Fulcher is now and does he still practise?? Help!!
