Fibromyalgia

Jim, I'm in private practice in a Family Practice Residency program. I'm considering starting a CBT-based group on coping with fibromyalgia as our practice has a lot of patients with that diagnosis and most are not coping well. Do you know of any literature specific to that disorder that I should be aware of? Thanks.
