    The USA started these kinds of fraudulent practices, and I am looking forward to the time that psychotherapists are fined, jailed or have licenses suspended for doing so.

    France is doing it too.

    No it is not OK for a psychotherapist in one country to do therapy on someone in another country or state, unless therapist has a license to practice in the state the patient lives in, which there is no way to know for sure of where the patient lives. This makes psychotherapy on the internet unethical and illegal and impractical.
