measuring a practitioner's understanding of cbt

i am currently completting a doctorate in psychology at the univerisity of ballarat, australia. - Wondering if anyone knows of a scale or instrument that can be used to rate (self) a GPs knowledge and use of cbt - any help greatly appreciated
