    Assessment in Outpatient settings

    I am curious what sort of tools others are using in assessing their outpatient clients, assuming one works from a cognitive perspective. Are you still giving the MMPI or other broad-spectrum inventories? Have you found other tools that are useful in getting at underlying mis-beliefs, irrational notions, etc.? If so, what are they?
