    Re:Critiques of Schema Therapy

Very nice. But why won't anyone help me in my search to "identify phenomenology and psychopathology" of my offenders and the maintaining mechanisms? This is exactly what I am trying to do. I find that Young's conceptual framework seems to fit the patterns I see the offenders demonstrating and using this model I have developed programs which seem to be helpful. I'd really like someone to respond to the kinds of questions I am asking. And if they can also help in my efforts to show that my programs are indeed helpful.

I am only a "true believer" since I first found Jack Bush's cognitive self-change model to teach offenders basic cognitive therapy skills and then I found Young's theory to extend Bush's model to personality disorders. I rejected many theories before this. I've argued with David Burns, Freeman, Linehan, Pretzer and now I'm arguing with you.
