I do think that many of the things that were written in this thread were hurtful. Your kind responses speak for themselves.

I find it remarkable that you note that some therapists are charismatic healers and teachers. I think that it is generally agreed that much of the healing that takes place in therapy result from the therapy relationship. Perhaps, there is more to healing than that which can be quantified. Some people are charismatic healers. It's a gift.
