Assessing Risk of Violence

I have a couple of questions that I hope someone might be able to answer:

What psychological tests are thought to be the most predictive of whether or not an adolescent is at risk of hurting self or others?

Also, if such an assessment were conducted, does it seem adequate to base the assessment on clinical interview and only one test (MMPI)?

How good a measure is the MMPI for this purpose?
