    While I can understand an agency wanting guidelines on something like this, I think if you treat all your clients the same way, and with exactly teh same rules you basically do all your clients a disservice.

    All mentally ill humans are not the same, and each one will need a slightly different approach.

    But thats just my two cents worth of course,
