Re:Assessing Risk of Violence

I am not a psychologist yet, since I am at the ripe old age of 17, but my thoughts would be to ask them about their feelings twords themselves others and and their feelings twords life in general. One thought also is that they may not appear to want to hurt themselves persay, they might use selfharm to get back at parents for something in the past. An example might be that a rape victem might go into prostitution for to get revenge on their father for sexual molestation or worse... down right rape.
When i help someone I use my first "interveiw" and personal feelings to help them. But in this type of case Several interveiws may be neccessary to completlely help them.
