And people who need it the most are passed over by rich pompous shrinks who care more about their pocketbooks than the welfare of people.

Psychotherapy is not for the poor or LMC. It is for attractive UMC and above. Or for intellectuals who are pleasing to other shrinks due to stimulating conversation or congruent belief systems.
