Uniform and its effect on the worker

I work within an environment in which some of our staff wear uniform and others are not issued with it. All the staff do the same job of work in the same environment.

I am doing a short report intending to support the issue of uniform to all staff. I believe that this would improve team spirit and therefore efficiency.

I have no experience in the psychology / behaviour field and was hoping that someone within this forum may be able to provide me with some information on this area (team/uniform) or point me in the right direction.
