Successful Conclusion to this Exchange

As a result of an e-mail exchange, this issue was resolved to the satisfaction of Dave Barf (who lives in the UK) and myself. It was amazing how the dynamic changed when we began an email discussion. I received the detailed information he was necessarily withholding (for privacy reasons) but that I needed to truly help out.
