Well I think Phil Jackson has/had a pretty good approach. I can not recall him publicly shaming any player(a bit of anger on the side lines yes). Likewise I have never heard Jordan be negative. It is always "how can we solve this problem" or "Dennis has a problem but he is working on it".

So Don maybe Phil would consider football, after all Jordan tried baseball.
