    Well, let's see. In that moment when she allowed the underlying feeling to come into consciousness:

    I-E: 7/10 Interested in examining what was happening E-J: 8/10 A sense of integrity gained from acknowledging the truth S-S, D, and D: no problem A-R: Gone -- no need for it D-A: Ditto...or perhaps some (5/10) because of missed opportunities in the past??? S-H: 10 She was experiencing it fully. Or maybe you would say about 5/10 because since she was fully experiencing shame, she wouldn't have to swing over into humiliation???

    When she was telling me about it, I would say that the overwhelming feelings were pride (S-H: 0), contentment (E-J: 10) and excitment about possibilities for the future (E-I: 10).
