Let's say, then, that the owners hired Gary Kubiak just as you suggested, and that Kubiak had heard as many good things about your work as a psychologist as had you about him. You, then, would be brought here to assist the new head coach. What would you and Kubiak do first with the struggling, demoralized team, and how might you handle your initial (and subsequent) interactions with the press, through your public relations department, and in statements to the fans at the expected weekly press conferences?
