In 1994 a new Republican Congress was elected-the first time in about 40 years. Was there a national reaction of shame to the Politics of Compassion that expanded Victimology, extreme feminism[all men are potential rapists], and the other shaming techniques used by Liberals and the intellectual and academic elites disdain for the values and even intelligence of those that were normative or did not share their values. Could 1994 have been a mirror of 1998
