Erratum: Closing Koch's Quote

In my above posting, the quote from Koch ends, and thus should have closing quotation marks, after "...ANNOYING IRRELEVANCE." ................

My signature quote: "I try to learn from others' mistakes because I won't have time enough in my life to make them all myself." Nontheless the error in the previous posting is one I obviously had time to make myself.
