Mass Shame and Affect VS Positive Reinforcement

We should not be swayed so easily by mass media attempts to reinforce negative behavior and thought patterns. I am not saying either that this push to degrade individuals or teams should be ignored. We can not do that. However there is much to be said in taking the gauntlet up for the positive reinforcement issues that will always surround the negative ones. Its like the flip side of the coin if you will.

Campagnes are strange and even funny things. A close inspection should be given to who originated the campagne and what their motivation might be to excellerate such a campagne. In other words what are their motivations????? It certainly cannot be in the best interest of the team!! WHO STANDS TO GAIN for this "MOVEMENT" ??? Just as this Campaign to malign and decimate can take hold the other type of campaign can get in action. If people can erase the shame they feel by the way they respond to others then they can feel justified in debasing them . THIS IS WHAT IS TAKING PLACE. What needs to happen is for a movement to start in the other direction. For that plan of action I would need to know more specifics and details about the principals involved. Certainly on the prevailing course destruction is inevitable.
