Dr. Nathanson,
My question revolves around the possibilities of script conflict.
With computers you can have big problems when one program (software) invades the same memory address (hardware) as an already existing program (software). Do we not see the same sort of conflict when one SARS impacts two or more different scripts?
I'm reminded of 2001 A Space Odyssey, HAL was doing exactly what he was programmed to do yet this conflicted with what he was supposed to do, a recursive loop that brought disaster.
I am so impressed with your discussions of Script theory, I haven't read all that much except what has been printed on the internet. I'm very interested in how individual scripts effect other scripts. Is there anything on intrascript theory?
Can a single SARS conjure up more than one affect?
