Re: Social Phobia & EMDR

Regarding medical treatment for depression, you rightly say you cannot advise regarding anti-depressant medications.
However,could you say something about how long, and how many EMDR sessions should take before a major review of the direction and type of therapy takes place. It concerns me that some clients are potentially going to end up with years of EMDR therapy, with few gains. Could this be a case of Freud revisited?
