PSYCHOLOGY OF CYBERSPACE

    I'm not exactly sure where this 10% rule comes from, and I agree with you that it's probably not an accurate estimate for cyberspace communication. I'm continually impressed by how much people CAN intuitively sense about others in cyberspace, even in simple text-only environments.
