PSYCHOLOGY OF CYBERSPACE

John, I couldn't agree more. I've seen some marriages ruined by on-line relationships (talking about romance, of course). Everything should be balanced properly. I have met many wonderful people on IRC - some of them are my very
close friends now - we meet in RL, we help each other, but the situation is very clear - my wife knows most of them face-to-face, too.

But then there's another question that puzzles me. Let's think about the people who are not able to distinguish between relationship in cyberspace and in RL. Do you, as a professional, think that it wouldn't have happened
    outside cyberspace?

Is it possible that cyberspace is only a kind of amplifier of something that is deeply hidden within person's mind?
