I find adlerian psychotherapy very interesting. I've read numerous books on Individual Psychology, and i've only begun college. Reading these books, it seems to me that Alfred Adler didn't believe in the unconious mind, but what we call the unconious is really just not comprehended. I feel that what is trying to be said here is that the unconious is simple non-verbal thought. Emotions, images, and who knows what else, are ideas that we have a hard time expressing verbally, and an idea that isn't in our traditional language (for most of you reading this, it's english) then these non-verbal are ignored. And when they're not ignored, trying to explain them in any intelligent way to another is exhuasting and useless.
