Sometimes during meditation, feeling slightly disconnected from feeling the touch of the breath occurs; a slight giddiness; together with slight nausea. My practice has been to open my eyes, stabilize the slight disorientation, and then return to re-build momentum of concentration on the breath. This is not a dramatic or heavy-duty issue, but I do seek any opinions on its cause, and what action to take.
