    Re:Hynosis, anxiety and Kundalini

    Hello Jason,

I'm a hypnotherapist, musician, teacher of voice production & singing, piano & have been practised Yoga, Taijiquan & Qigong for 30+ years.

Kundalini Yoga is an advanced skill that requires specific training & was traditionally passed from guru [teacher] to student. If you check google you'll find some sites offering free instruction. Don't believe everything you read.

Hypnosis & self hypnosis usually induce a relaxed response that can only help anxiety. I suggest that you go to the library, search the net & do plenty of background reading.

Other ways to reduce anxiety - walking in a pleasant environment, taichi, swimming, social activities especially those requiring some movement - dancing & drama, playing a musical instrument, singing. Relax the body to relax the mind. Eat well & get plenty of sleep.

    Cheers.
