Thank you for your comments. I think you mentioned an interesting thing. There is an other issue I have to bring up, concerning our terminology: Here I use the word "energy" not necessarily the way physicists do, since there is no proof that a separate type of energy exists in the human body, in addition to electromagnetic, nuclear, etc. Do you agree with that?
Are you supposing that repeating a mantra creates a sort of energy in the mind/body entity, and if the mantra is not repeated with the correct attitude, then this energy may slip out of control and may behave harmfully?
Do you think that this correct attitude could be well described in written words?
I think that in our context, we should use the word "energy" as an analogy: There is a phenomenon in our body that can be well DESCRIBED as "energy", but the real-physical substance of it is likely to be the well-known electro-chemical energy in our body, that is probably focused and synchronized is such a highly effective way, that it creates this powerful phenomenon which we FEEL to be a type of "energy".
Therefore, I think that vital energy is a very good CONCEPT to work with, but it's not a distinct physical SUBSTANCE.
