videotape for méditation and Tai chi mouvements

Dr. spira, I not have the good adresse for have the videotape and the manuel with photos of simplified Tai Chi mouvements and méditation instruction for patients with physical and psychological problems. I pratice the méditation (Zen) for the long times (+ 20 years) and psychologist for my professionnel work.
