i simply know that meditation must be the key to a happy life, i simply concentrate on my breathing, breathing slowly deeply ...etc. i get very relaxed and it feels wonderful (a couple of years ago i meditated frequently so i am pretty good at meditation). BUT now the day after meditation i am always very anxious ... i have an anxiety disorder so increased anxiety is not something i enjoy... Why am i so anxious the day after? anak
anyone else experienced similar?
will this perhaps go away in a week or 2 or am i denied the joy of meditation by my evil brain?
