During Hypnosis sessions I often use the suggestions -
1. gathering pain, irritations, unwanted stuff generally in the belly &
2. wrapping 'it' in a compact ball there, then
3. sending that ball of stuff to stick on the soles of the feet until they become very hot,
4. projecting the stuff out of the body & mind through the feet with each breath...
5. "& anytime you want to or need to you can do that."
Ancient Chinese writings say that, "the real man breathes through his heels."
