Yes, I know about raising the Qi through kidney one.
A story to outline how it works. Recently a client was preparing for childbirth. She is a dentist trained in Hypnotherapy in UK. We had 4 sessions. When she came out of trance the first time I asked, "how was that?" & she said," I feel dizzy.." so I asked her to sink down again into the trance, to the bottom & come out again. When she came out again she put her palm over her heart & said, my heart hurts now." So I asked, "what happened when you gave birth to your little boy?" She said, "mum died." She had gone to UK to see her mother & support her father & brother late in the pregnancy & rushed back to Australia to give birth. She had so much wanted her mother to see her first child. We went back into trance & I asked her to gather all the feelings & thoughts about her mother & anything else that came to her & roll everything into a bundle & squash it all together into a ball with each breath. When she felt she had it together she signalled & I suggested that she focus on her feet & breath the bundle down & stick it to the soles of her feet until they became hot. When she signalled that she had got that.. I suggested that she focus into space & shoot the ball of stuff out of her body & mind into the far distance where it could evaporate. We had a long session that day, 2 hours. Before she left she said, " my feet are still hot & sweating."
