I have been studying, reading & learning meditation systems for over 40 years & have found that Taijiquan [Taichi] training suits me best. I began learning Taiji in Singapore in 1971 when I was teaching there. My "Taiji Father" was the late Teo Ah Keng, one of my English conversation students. We taught each other & became great friends. I saw his family last year when we stayed in Singapore on our way home from a trip to China. I teach & train people every morning on the river bank starting @ 6am. In China most retired people do Taiji early in the mornings. Not only is Taiji useful as a meditation system, it is as one chinese doctor told me, "The Chinese Physiotherapy." Many of my students are sent by their doctors to help them with anxiety, stress, insomnia, pain, old injuries & many other things. Best Wishes.
