Web cameras in online therapy

Does anyone have any experience of using web cameras for therapy online? I'm working as a gambling addictions therapist with a crisis-counselling charity based organisation in Australia, and I want to get some web cams into some of our remote areas outback, so that those communities can then access counselling services more easily. Distance makes a very good prison.

I'd be very appreciative of feedback/thoughts on this.
