I use the ViaTV, which works over the regular phone lines, and can be adjusted to VERY SHARP/ but with slow "redraw" time, or else fuzzy/ but real time.

If I am doing psychotherapy, I keep it in the middle, but when switching to teaching meditation to the patients, they don't move much, and so there is little "redraw" time, and thus I can switch to sharpest contrast. I've also done some internet therapy, but it only really works when both parties have Cable Modem (about 600K Baud Rate).

When I was in Melbourne last year, I brought my ViaTV system with me, but couldn't get it to work. I think the telephone system is different, and it couldn't transmit over the different lines.

    Good luck!
