    Yoga and Chi Gung/Tai Chi

    My Tai Chi instructor reports that he has several students who had practiced Yoga for many years and developed simlilar physical symtoms in the groin area. He claims that these symptoms were subsequently relieved through the practice of the "moving meditations" of Chi Gung and Tai Chi.
