I have seen the effects of Evolutionary traits being passed to their Children and that these traits then show up in their childrens behaviour when they reach a situation that they have not been either trained for or have been conditioned to behave to negatively! I can almost predict someone's reaction to an event just by knowing how the environment that the generations before them grew up in!! Let me get this straight. I'm not quite sure what you're asking or implying. I'm taking an extreme example deliberately to test my understanding. Are you saying that you believe that if my father lived during the depression that his genes would change to make him more frugal, and I might then inherit a gene from him for frugality? Your juxtaposition of "evolutionary traits" in the same argument as "environment of previous generations" seems to imply this to me. Or are you saying that he would learn to surive, making use of his genetic predispositions, and that I would share some of his predispositions and perhaps learn from him similar ways of expressing them? I tend to think more along those line. Or are you saying something else? I'm very unclear on what you're saying here. It seems to be something about intergenerational inheritance, something about evolution, and some confusing relation between them. kind regards, Todd
