Although i'm in my early Forties (43). i have been an avid pupil in the subject of Psychology all my life. I'm a Professional stress consultant and i help people cope with a wide variety of methods to cope with situations that are the cause of their stress.
I have seen the effects of Evolutionary traits being passed to their Children and that these traits then show up in their childrens behaviour when they reach a situation that they have not been either trained for or have been conditioned to behave to negatively! I can almost predict someone's reaction to an event just by knowing how the environment that the generations before them grew up in!!
I obviously accept that this does not mean that the effect will be seen but that it increases the likelyhood of a negative behaviour occuring.

So if we can predict a path to a behaviour then can't we therefore help prevent the cause?
And if there are Organisations trying to achieve this "Holly Grail" then how far have they got?
